Since I have been under the care of Miss Pappa, the level of care I’ve received from Miss Pappa has been incomparable. She is extremely passionate about her job and taking care of her patients is her first priority. She will not hesitate to speak up if something is required (ice packs availability for example). Every time you meet Miss Pappa you will look and feel older, but Miss Pappa seems to be getting younger every time I see her!

My full experience started when I was around 15/16 and unfortunately I met a lot of complications and things paused for a long while. That is until my experience resumed when I was around 21 years old and Dr Pappa took over my case. She is such a patient, amazing doctor! She took really good care of me and answered every question and concern my family and I had. I am really grateful for her expertise, I had upper Jaw surgery in 2019 and after having fully recovered and being discharged from hospital care, I can honestly say My confidence has increased immensely and Dr Pappa has been so kind to keep in touch. Thank you Dr Pappa and The Maxillo-facial and orthodontic team!

I was under Miss Pappa's care for several years and she performed surgery on me which included breaking my jaw and inserting metal plates. She made sure that I was fully aware of what the operation involved beforehand and that I was totally prepared, mentally and physically. She was with me every step of the way while I recovered and I have only been discharged from Miss Pappa's care once she is confident that I won't need her again, although she told me to contact her at any time in the future if I have problems. The scars from the surgery are so small as to be almost invisible, and people can't see them even if they know that they are there. Miss Pappa made a point of getting to know me and my family, and always asks after my mother if she isn't with me. I can't fault the treatment I have received. As a final plus point, she always wears lovely shoes.

Miss Pappa is an absolute queen. She inspires confidence; is highly respected by everyone around her and her knowledge and artistry is outstanding. I went to her for an scc on my forehead and had been anxious for a few weeks after learning of irregular cells following the initial scrape. When I met her for my consult, my partner and I were bowled over by her warmth, kindness and prowess. She instantly set our minds at ease, and I felt calm and confident in her care. When it came to the surgery itself, she made a concerted effort to align the incision with my natural forehead lines, so as to ensure it blended in. Her stitching is art! Truly impeccable. The scar has healed so well, and I feel genuinely blessed to have been under the care of Miss Pappa. I will be recommending Miss Pappa to anyone who requires any assistance. Thank you for everything that you do. Miss Pappa’s colleagues were gentle and friendly, and they helped me feel at ease. I commented to the nurse upon my departure that I was impressed at how cohesive they were as a team, with Miss Pappa leading the way. Thank you thank you thank you. You make such a difference to the lives of others, Miss Pappa.

The doctor was one of the best doctors absolutely friendly caring and just an amazing staff could not of asked for any other docter I’m really pleased I had her the nurses as well wish I could remember their names but they were so kind and entertaining was not boring at all.
